While you are showering or bathing, place the required amount of your favorite body cleanser on the head of the Healthbrush. Now firmly hold the brush in one hand, ensuring that the whole head of the brush has contact with the skin, make small, brisk circles all over your body. Keep your strokes flowing, and keep continuous contact with the skin. Always start at the furthest point, and work towards the heart.
Keep focused! Pay attention to the task at hand and don't let your mind wander. Give every inch of your body the same attention, as if you are painting your body. As you learn this method you will quickly adapt your own routine and will very quickly complete the cleansing and stimulating process.
